Monterey County Gives!

We are excited that Beyond Books: Learn to Do It Yourself @ Pacific Grove Public Library, our Big Idea for enhancing library services, was accepted for Monterey County Gives! for 2025! This year’s campaign runs from November 13 – December 31.

Reaching our goal of $20,000 will allow the wonderful library staff to create new opportunities for community members of all ages to learn and accomplish through Do-It-Yourself (DIY) projects, pursue creative hobbies, and work on Discover-It-Yourself (also DIY!) adventures as a group. With your help, DIY@PGPL will bring people together to open doors to personal fulfillment through discovery, exploration and creativity!

Ways to Make Your Donation

1.  Online with a credit card at www.montereycountygives.com. We are listed as Pacific Grove Public Library Friends and Foundation, in the Education and Youth Category.

2.  By check, made out to CFMC/MCGives. Write PGPLF&F on the memo line and mail your check to CFMC, 2354 Garden Rd., Monterey, CA 93940.

3.  Make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) from your IRA or make a donation of stock. For information, contact the Community Foundation for Monterey County at 831-375-9712 or mcgives@cfmco.org.
